The economic double room I stayed in was exceptionally comfortable, featuring amenities like an iron, ironing board, work desk, and a TV with satellite channels - all for a reasonable price of £55.

Position of the hotel near the historical center of Charleville-Meziers is its biggest advantage.

Staff practically is not able to communicate in English at all. I do not understand why the hotel has 3 stars; the entire hotel is kind of musty with a strange smell everywhere; terrible pillows in the rooms...

Decent size units with free wifi connection. Location just off train station and center, and the town center. Again, walking distance to place Ducale.

I didn't want to say goodbye, spent pleasant time and can't recommend highly enough. The hotel was a holiday base for enjoying a safe area, near a ferry, and train station and nice public park. The location was convenient, not too far away from Parc Pierquin. It was modern, absolutely perfect and with free wifi connection. The staff members were very friendly and attentive😊.

The hotel is purely for the traveller, basic, little report with staff, but nothing bad. Situated in the middle of an industrial estate with a McDonalds for a neighbour, you were always OK for a bite to eat or indulge in some air conditioning .

The room size was adequate and the beds were comfortable. the shower in the room had a fancy design with jets, which was a nice touch. the area where the hotel was located was convenient and easily accessible.

there was a lot of noise coming from the street and the bars below, and the hotel did nothing to address this issue. there were guests smoking below the hotel bar, which forced me to close the windows to avoid the smell.

the hotel has a good location, it is a budget hotel and is two star, it was just what we wanted, but one night was enough!

This hotel is conveniently located right next to the main train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were well-equipped and the free wifi connection was a bonus. We also appreciated having breakfast included in our stay, adding great value for money.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Breakfast is poor compare to what I pay

The team from the hotel was excellent. It was not a problem to change a room, because my first one was a little bit too small. I was travelling alone, I stayed 2 nights. For my third night it was difficult to find a place to stay because of the festival which took place. They helped me a lot and connected me with another hotel. You have one key for outside and your room. I didn't want to keep the key during the festival (afraid of loosing). The owner was so kind to wait until I came back in the night from the festival. Really great people. The rooms are very clean and convinient. Next stay in Charleville ist for sure this hotel

We had a great stay at this hotel, which was excellent value for money. The location was perfect, just a short walk from both the train station and the town center. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities in the room included free wifi connection. We also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in the price.

The location right on the Place de la Gare is very nice and the hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The management is not friendly nor helpful. We were woken up by construction in the hotel- they are renovating some rooms- at 8:30a. Very unpleasant. And the hotel manager's attitude was unsympathetic: "Le travail commence a 8:30 (The work starts at 8:30)" was all he would say. We would have moved hotels but they had already charged us for both nights of our stay and they would not give us a refund if we left. The breakfast was very poor- some croissants and yogurt and you had to beg if you wanted a second cup of coffee. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel. There seem to be many other equally nice hotel in Charleville!

Had clean room complete with a large bathroom, free WiFi connection plus a shower. The location was marvellous and amazing for walking around place Ducale. We found it in a fairly nice area near to the railway and center and front railway station...

For us it was ideal.
